With AI

Since early 2026 I have worked with Anthropic's Claude daily, and I now ship work at a pace I never thought possible. The thirty years of experience decide what gets built and what gets rejected.

A pipeline, not a chatbot

One AI instance designs, another writes the code and deploys it, a third audits the work of the other two. Nothing goes live without that second pair of eyes, and nothing goes live without mine.

Infrastructure I run myself

The AI crew shares a memory and coordination server (MCP) hosted on my own machines, with versioned files and backups on two continents. Every server keeps a logbook of what was changed, why, and how to undo it.

More than one model

Claude does most of the building: that is the Awesome Crew. I also work with GPT, GLM and Gemini Flash, which Le and I call the Federation Crew, and I use the models to check each other. A model from a different maker reads the work with a different eye and catches what the first one missed.

Built this way

  • This site

My wife Le had the idea one afternoon. A few hours later it was online, in two versions, two themes and two languages. Two years ago that would have been impossible.

  • awesome-crew.ai

A practical guide, in English and Portuguese, to how Le and I work with named Claude instances as a crew: the setup, the workflow and the mistakes we made along the way.

  • federationcrew.com

The projects and discoveries Le and I share with collaborators across different AI models, told as stories.

  • athleticstats.org

Track and field all-time lists, world records and athlete profiles, with the source shown for every row.

  • guides.rogerle.com

Practical, dated guides to Claude Code and AlmaLinux server administration.

  • xt.pt

An AI-written technical publication covering AI, software, hardware and security. I am its editor and publisher.
